Rescheduling Policy

I Read Space understands that plans can change. Rescheduling is permitted under the conditions outlined below.

Rescheduling Requests

Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be accommodated.

If you do not attend the session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited.

Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp or email using the contact details provided on the website.

The rescheduled session must be booked within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed beyond the conditions stated above.

Sessions purchased as part of a package follow the same rescheduling rules unless otherwise specified.
